What people ask first.
How much space do you need?
Plan on roughly 14 ft of width, about 20–24 ft of overall depth, and approximately 10 ft of clear height. We confirm the exact setup before booking.
Can you set up indoors?
Yes. Indoor events are ideal as long as the room has sufficient clear dimensions and a standard power source.
Do guests need to know how to golf?
No. The experience is designed for golfers and complete beginners. Our host helps every guest get started.
Do you provide clubs?
Yes. We provide right- and left-handed clubs, balls, tees and the simulator equipment.
Can you run a competition?
Absolutely. We can structure closest-to-the-pin, long-drive and leaderboard-style competitions. The exact format can be matched to your event and the simulator software configuration in use.
What happens if weather is bad?
Outdoor events need a weather-safe plan. We can work with you on an indoor backup or other event-specific contingency before the date.
What does event-flow support mean?
Our host helps organize guest turns, explains the challenge, keeps the line moving and helps the simulator stay part of the event instead of becoming a self-serve equipment rental.
What is priority pre-event planning?
For Full Event bookings, we spend more time before the event coordinating the setup, guest flow, competition format and venue-specific details so the experience fits the event.
What are custom branding options?
Depending on the event, we can discuss sponsor or company-branded signage, challenge graphics and other event-specific branding. Custom work is quoted separately.
